The Nobel Laureates' Peace Fund was established by the executives of TheCommunity.com to support the work of the Nobel Peace Prize winners. The fund was established in partnership with the Tides Center in San Francisco, the largest and most reputable fiscal sponsor of non-profit organizations in the United States. When you donate to the Nobel Laureates' Peace Fund, you enable us to provide direct assistance to these valuable peacemakers in the form of direct material support of programs, such as school supplies, mosquito nets or human rights education materials in areas where the Laureates are working on peacebuilding programs. It also allows us to better forward their critical messages by providing communications support, events, and media production to forward their messages internationally. The programs currently being supported by the Nobel Laureates' Peace Fund include Archbishop Desmond Tutu's letter regarding the Dalai Lama, and President José Ramos-Horta's Zones of Peace program in East Timor.
